Après 4 réunions, deux réunions « zéro » (les 29 mai 2015 et 17 mai 2017) et deux réunions de négociations (les 4 juillet et 29 septembre 2107). L’entreprise à mis fin à la négociation sur la négociation de l’Aménagement de Temps de Travail !

Cette négociation qui couvre un sujet très sensible pour l’ensemble du personnel devait nous permettre de remettre à plat les règles inhérente à la gestion du planning et tenter de trouver un système d’annualisation du temps de travail.
