Après consultations des équipes (Négociateurs, Délégués Syndicaux, adhérents) lors de nos rencontres et
déplacements magasins et après avoir interpellé la direction concernant nos craintes.

La CFTC ne s’est pas positionnée sur le projet d’accord “Equipier Client” à la date prévu (le 20 avril) car nous souhaitions d’abord aborder la réunion Négociation Annuelle Obligatoire dans un premier temps qui a eu lieu jeudi dernier.

Celle-ci devrait répondre à certaines de nos interrogations concernant la filière.

En ce qui concerne l’interrogation légitime de savoir pourquoi la CFTC ose négocier et signer des accords:
