Ces qualificatifs n’ont malheureusement pas été dits par la direction de l’entreprise pendant la NAO …mais par chance, Thierry MULLIEZ lors de sa réunion avec les Représentants des Porteurs de Part (ce lundi 15 juin), a reconnu le travail réalisé par les équipes des sites réalisant le mois de décembre au mois de mai en sous-effectif ! Ainsi que le travail remarquable de l’Entrepôt National !

Malheureusement le discours de l’entreprise le vendredi 4 et le mardi 9 juin a été beaucoup plus « prudent » (je reste correct).

La CFTC vous interpelle donc monsieur le Président sur l’incompréhension de discours entre les réalités du terrain, le discours du président de HTM et les faibles reconnaissances et récompenses obtenues par la Négociation Annuelle Obligatoire..

Nous vous demandons donc d’être vigilants sur ce point et vous remercions de bien vouloir récompenser l’ensemble des salariés qui ont œuvré pendant cette période si inédite. Equipes qui ont su faire preuve de talents, d’agilités et de dévouements.
