Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Conformément à notre accord d’entreprise sur la rémunération des vendeurs signé en 2016, le bonus équipe vendeur (BEV) est calculé en fonction de la réalisation d’un critère en lien avec la stratégie de l’entreprise. Le critère sélectionné est applicable à l’ensemble des magasins pour les fonctions vendeurs, pour une période d’au minimum un trimestre et au maximum 4 trimestres.

A compter du 1er juillet 2023,  le NPS est choisi comme critère pour le Bonus Equipe Vendeurs.
